If it's the new Modern Warfare, it depends. Console version, I'd say change the thumbstick setting to closest, or linear, basically any other option than default makes the deadzone and aiming in general smoother. Next is of course the sensitivity, now this applies to pc too, as you have to find something you're accurate with and consistent, then stick with it, build muscle memory.

If it's the PC variant you'll also want a 144hz monitor and high end gear or very low settings to run at the highest FPS possible. This is for the smoothest aim and frames, and also to help with trickier shots. Bump up the digital vibrance if you have to, turn off anti aliasing so the outlines of people are more jagged so they stand out more, Some peole even play on 4:3 just so people seem larger. But that should help a ton.

Load up a free for all, radar on, like 6 to max bots, mixed difficulty. Put the health to 200hp, there is a setting with ammo carried, put that to max. Bump your sensitivity a little higher than you usually play, lower ads sensitivity on low zoom weapons just a tiny bit - keep it above .80 however.

Anyways yeah keep killing bots for a LONG time. Like maybe do 100 hipfire only kills to help with your centering, after that allow yourself to ads to practice aim. Lower your sensitivity after you are done and when you go into a pub you will feel like you cant miss.

Make sure controller vibration is off btw, having this on in pubs will always make you inconsistent.

It's very simple: use Console controllers to work on your aims. PC are difficult to use for many gamers but they won't admit to that.

Get Kovaak's, or another aim trainer from steam. The only way to improve your aim is to practice, specific games for aimtraining like Kovaak's is very good.

Turn off mouse acceleration, use lower DPI for more accurate tracking and keep practicing.

and bump your sensitivity higher than normal
Good Luck

To improve your shooting accuracy on Call Of Duty I advise you to buy a Logitech G502 mouse, this very powerful mouse welcomes you with its 5 customizable buttons, it is an excellent mouse after having configured it correctly

Hello to improve your shoot on COD you have to invest in your equipment a minimum professional and especially wear glasses so as not to tire you eyes you must buy anti blue ray glasses but the downside is that it will give you a look of the future
