How to combat bugs?

#1 Hi guys, i have a growing one in my backyard and it is bitten, and also with dark and white points in the leaves, what do you recommend to combat those bugs? I think i have spiders and some fungus gnats too...

Be aware, and sorry i know your talking about protecting your plants, but be sure to protect urself.. fuk ticks man!
