Guess you need to code it again in php as WordPress uses PHP as base.

there is a learning curve there it is not something you can do with just copy and past

If you know some basic stuffs about PHP, read about creating a simple theme and how is it's structure (index, post, archive etc). Wordpress also have a big documentation that can help even more.
