There is a website https://htmltowordpress.io/ which claims to convert html website to wordpress automatically online. But I have not used this service and it is a paid service. Check out a piece of software called NicePage. It will do the conversion for you with their free trial.

If you know some basic stuffs about PHP, read about creating a simple theme and how is it's structure (index, post, archive etc). Wordpress also have a big documentation that can help even more.
