How to find out your friends(or specific target) password. [Noob friendly]

Step 1: Get your target's e-mail.
Step 2: Visit https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and https://hacked-emails.com/check_email and check his e-mail. See if there are any hits.
Step 3. Download your prefered database where his e-mail/pass has leaked. Use google or pastebin. Note: magnet:?xt=urn:btih:85f39f1d94917d61277725e7da85d8177a5c12eb&dn=leaks (A 600gb folder with most common DB's leaks)
Step 4. CTRL F your target's e-mail within the .txt and copy his MD5 or SHA1 password hash. Note: Use http://crackhash.com/hash_analyzer.php to find out what kind of hash it is!
Step 5. Now we're using rainbow tables (or hashcat) to find out his password! Note Use https://hashkiller.co.uk/ or setup your own in the cloud (http://www.rockfishsec.com/2015/05/gpu-p...n-ec2.html) for insane speeds!
Step 6. ???
Step 7. Profit.
