How to fix ulx?

I CAN'T MOVE PLAYERS with PhysGun
and when I have SUPERADMIN group in !menu I can't addgroup etc
HELP PLZZZ!!!

Reinstall your ulx you have to touch things that you would not have a council leaves your basic ranks ie (superadmin, admin, operator, user) it avoids the worries of this kind.

Delete:
ulx + ulib
sv.db (database)
After download a ulx from github

Reinstall your ulx and clean the data because it broke

download new ulx (reinstall) and setup it with same options

look !menu and look plyphysgun by Permissions Lists

reinstall your ulx you prob removed super admin wich had all perms

I Advise you to reinstall Ulx + ulib and delete the data folder at the root of the game should be fixed.

Find you way to the "Data" ("steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data") folder and look for the ulib folder, it stores your player ranks, ranks, and the rank configs. Deleting that folder should fix your problem.

Do what JuggDrive said, that should fix it. In addition, also try deleting "data" folder.
