U dont need a guide tbh
I just had one sentence saying there were bones in my boneless chicken.
That one sentence was enough for 2x 5 euro vouchers.

I addpubes to my food as a condiment already, hardest part will be picking out enough of them so that it's not suspicious. :cool:
