Easy, Just get good at the game... jk jk. but honestly yea you could get good at the game, but you have to help your team mates. Everyone has a different mind set. YOu have to have the mind set to win and get everyone fed. Dont focus on yourself, focus on getting everyone fed.

Learn to play and it will be done. Also you need to have premade for it

Don't watch the esl scene. They won't help you to improve your skill. Just play. Play and play!

Play support that is able to buff allies. Or play as a support with a lot of CC. People underrate that so hard.

i'm working on it too, but i think patience is the key. disable the /allchat and focus on the win

Find the champ you enjoy playing and that you are good at and eventually you will leave that rank

You just have to play, play and play and after some time you will become better and finally you will get out of silver.

Focus on game, play your best champs, don't flame, don't chase, play like them all pro players (watch them on streams), and.. ye, that's it :D
