How to get paper spigot 1.11?

I want to make my server with paper spigot.
But I don't know how to get paper spigot with version 1.11
(No 1.11.2 exactly 1.11)
Can anyone help me?

I don't think there is a exact 1.11 Paperspigot or atleast i don't know about it sadly sorry
