How to i get good in CS (or get the practice there for)?

Could someone tell me how i can get into CS?

What i should start off and what to look and train for?
I already have 900hrs in CS, but the thing is that i always played usually with friends or solo queue in my spare time
so i never really practiced it..

Besides playing workshop aim maps and community server 1v1 arena, DM and so on; I would recommend to learn different smokes, flashes and mollys as well as solo entry routes on different maps.
