How to lower the graphics in minecraft.

I have a brother who has a weak pc, and his game hangs a lot. I heard that you can lower the schedule, but I don’t know how. If you know, then tell me.

I reccomend downloading and setting up the fabric modloader then getting phosphor, sodium and lithium. These mods are designed to optimize minecraft and make it run way better than vanilla ever could. For me, those mods make the game run as well as bedrock edition!

Is nobody going to mention Optifine? It's amazing for stuff like this.
Iirc it lets you change the render distance to something very low as well, so if he still can't run it on the optimized settings Optifine offers, he could further make it run better by doing that.

Install optifine, disable particales set mipmapping to 0 and turn down the render distance

Optifine is good choose may be mods for the lower graphics this is max

Just download optifine, you got there lot of options to set low graphics!

Use a really low resolution texture pack. Should work fine, especially with options and low render distance

Just use forge optifine and add mods... If i remember its called like "better FPS'. In optifine u can just minimize all useless graphic parts and turn them off. Oh, what about version of brothers minecrat? If it is the new one, that will be problem because newer version are not stable as old one... So just check firstly this "mods" and answe, if it gets better

ForgeOptifine + Fps Resource packs, configure your java. Close unused tray apps.
