How to make GIFS as profile picture

#1 I see how many members have their profile picture set as a gif, if so how do i do so?

Everytime i put the gif it works in preview but its not actually moving, every gif i use? :(

You also gotta make it 150x150 pixels. Just use the trial version of Photoshop or something.
I can show you how, since I've made so many specifically for this forum. (Idk if anyone still has it though)

#5 Gif avatars also can't be past a certain file size. I used to use gif avatars but the file size isnt big enough for it to have any effect.
