How to make Garry's local server (running on my computer) visible in the list of servers from other players (I have a white ip and all ports are open (dmz))

You got to Port Forward first of all, check the port is open on any portchecker services, i would suggest adding a steam account to it, this will increase the chance of it been seen.

Also be sure to determine your Public IP in your startup
