Just google "Gmod Server Hosting" and that will solve your problem.

Buy a host, you can get a 8 slot one for like 2 bucks

1. You need to try to do it in virtual box. I recommend to installed debian 8 (jessie)
2. You need to find good VDS with AntiDDOS. it's not expencive, as you can find in first google page and as you can think.
why antiddos? - because some kids will indulge with dos in some programs like LOIC
for a start, i recommend to buy VDS with >0.5 cpu, >512MB ram and >=20 GB HDD
if you dont know linux well, i recommend to install some panel like OpenGamePanel)
in my vds i installed x32 binary(dpkg --add-architecture i386 && apt update && apt install ia32-libs)

I pay about 1,5$ for 24/7 hosted server on my computer and 4$ for VDS with antiddos

You can rent a server from a server host. I personally like Nitrous Networks the most. You can also use a Dedicated server and host multiple servers off of it and do much more than just gameservers, but they can cost quite a bit to rent.

Like the Others told you... Use a Cheap Hosting Provider (Google Search)

Dependent on what your needs is, will depend on what server you will need to purchase. If you're looking for a simple small server which runs a simple gamemode then you can just purchase a cheap server off any host, if you would like to host a large scale server with a high entity use gamemode you will want a vps or dedicated server and probably recommend learning how to setup debian or ubuntu.

You should buy a prepaid gameserver its the best way to keep your server up 24/7.
