How to make a gmod server run 24/7?

You should buy a server host gmchosting or nfoservers works well enough and are some of the most popular however you can use others if you like.

look at a video playlist, there is alot of videos out there that can help you make it. But, if you want a good server that gets donations and players, you need good addons, and a sense of what your doing

Just rent a server for cheap. You can change pretty much anything you want about the server at any time and any place, it's quite nice.

There are different ways vps not vpns and u can use hosting company for example like crident hosting

Buy a hosting or to get white ip on the provider and run server with your pc.

Do you mean I should purchase a dedicated host by saying rent or what?

I suggest buying a server it will better, in the long run, you can get a free one but it will use up your internet and your computer.

Mods! You're most likely playing on steam, so go to that workshop and spam some weapon mods and get more maps. With any luck you could decorate a map and make it more suitable for bot support, thus making the game that much more fun.
