How to make a server?

i think creating a server by your own is more complicated than renting one. and gmod server arent that expensive

I myself run my servers through nfo servers, its easier to set up and staff responds rather quickly to help tickets

I looked up the internet and found that it was steamcmd. It was quite helpful in opening the garry's mod server.

Uhh you can get you a cheap vps or you can host your own if you forward your ports
