Bots:
Mee6 for levels and rewards
RYTHM for music
also for music: Freadbot, gnar.
Kawaiigirl for some roleplay funny stuf

When you make the channels you can add some emojis or simbols

Make the names look good, do your thing, add some creativity to it.

Make everything clean, category your channels, and such to make everything clean, that makes everything for me!

I will sum up the MAJOR key elements you wanna keep in mind:
- Consistancy
- Organisation
- Automation
- Moderation

The things you need for sure are organization and decent moderation. A discord server without these is bound to either fail or die, because without either it becomes really unfun to do shit on your server.

Just don't make a bunch of junk roles and useless channels that aren't going to be populated. Wait until the server gains some people then make channels when they are requested by enough people
