Become more social. Talk to everyone you get a chance to. The barista at the coffee shop or the cute girl at the library.

Only after that should you worry about appearance imo.

drugs are a thing. or just be more social humans are social animals

Go to parties , marijuana, ecstasy, xanax everything u can.

Sell the humans organ to black market in deep web no ?

If you've got social anxiety disorder, see if you can get prescribed beta blockers (such as propranolol.)

Or.. if you're looking for fun solo activities, I enjoy music production and computer programming myself.

Play alot of fortnite its make my life fun as fuck its amzing

You should visit a doctor who'll prescribe you some meds to help with your anxiety if you actually want to put the effort in going out more and meeting new people, also try eating more healthy and taking in vitamins. Or try looking for new hobbies to do like joining a sports club where you'll meet new people who you can potentially befriend.
