How to make server better?

Hi guys, I was wondering what I could add to make my current gmod server better. I currently get around 50-70 players daily but I want to be one of those servers that get 100+ players. WHat am I doing wrong?

What game mode are you running? Can't really help without knowing that.

now all the good servers only on paid add-ons since they themselves lutshie poetomu that would make a good server should spend a lot of money

Get good administrators and spend or leak some scripts...

to up youre playerbase get custom addons it helps alot
