there is no turorial, but sure, every tip from experienced player helps. My tip would be for you just play and with every match do better

I hate LoL don't the games where you play like 123812381237123 characters and but somehow yes I know how to play.

It's really simple. Just play a bunch of vs AI games and que up with friends that play the game, helped me a lot when I first started.
