By clicking on this link, you will open a page like this
Click on Select image and upload a photo in GIF/PNG format, if he writes an error, then the format is too small.
Upload a photo and watch the Third stage.
The third stage.
Now the most interesting thing is, after uploading a photo, we download two formats and transfer:
from the first VTM format and then VTF.
Steam -> SteamApps -> commom -> Garry's Mod -> garry'smod -> materials -> vgui -> logos
Go to Garry's Mod and put the spray, (if the spray is lubricated, then it's not fate).
