How to stop hacker?

Talking to hackers and asking them to stop will either work or it won't... And it's more likely that it won't.
People who are on to hack with ill intent will continue to do so, even if you ask them not to... I mean, they'll try and not make it obvious, but the only way to get rid of hackers is to punish them for what they've done if it's serious or warn them that you will permanently ban them, as that's the only real punishment that will get people to listen.

If it's not a free game, then they'll have to spend money to come back and either hack or just play, so it usually will work.

I think it's almost impossible to stop a good and knowledgeable hacker. only precautions are taken, for bad / low profiles.

Just report and kick him from the game. If you can't kick then make him angry, it's always fun.

Frankly, I can not say it's a good idea. 7-point match was cheated on 4

As they say you cant beat them,join them or be smart and just report them instead!

There is no doubt that there will be hackers in the presence of the Internet.

Stop play In csgo and try something else like rainbow six siege or overwatch.

the only real way to not have games with hackers is play a third party pug service. Otherwise pretty much everyone uses hacks especially in higher ranked matches.

Just Report, not really any else you can do unless if your a valve employee other than that you can't do anything.
