How to stop people from hacking on Garry's mod

Server Hackers - Ban them (to prevent install anti-cheat like CAC)
Malicious Hackers - nothing much you can do unless you know how to setup extra security

yeah is there a way? it would be cool if i could stop hackers from doing stuff to my server
