Corruption and self nuclear destruction comes to mind.

The world will end when machines will rise up against mankind.

Probably by destroying all our natural resources > Global Warning

Either by humanity killing itself (World War 3) or either due to climate causes.

I'd say it will end cause of climate changes for the next few years and a world war will eventually happen.
