1$ can buy you a pack of rolling papers to roll ya weed in, but then you still need weed.. No to be honest, 1$ doesn't do much in my country as our economy is roughly doing OK (The Netherlands). I could probably buy a bun and some chocolate and make a chocolate sandwich... Which is in my eyes "cheap skating" so much.

In my country you can buy 3x budget energy drinks and a back of chewing gum.
