1$ can get you 7 Lays CHIPS PACKETS IN MY COUNTRY AND 2 sodas

You can almost get a cheeseburger for that in my nordic countrey

1$ can get you some bread over here, not much else unfortunately.

2 cans of soda a dollar gives me 1 slice of pizza

You can get slice of pizza or ham or beer not a lot but for something its good

Maybe a bit of candy but nothing too special. Basically often used in a backery or something for snacks.

you can still buy a slice of focaccia for 1eur.
a dollar will definitely buy you a real espresso (.80eur) and if you can bumb it to 1eur you will probably be able to find some of the cheaper places still selling a bottle of beer for the price.

1$ CAN will get you a chocolate bar where I'm from xD,

Choclatebar maybe, not something too special. I have heard about 1$ meals, if thats true I am amazed.
