I can give 2 answers for this because I am from Ireland but live in Thailand.

Ireland $1 = 0.86 EUR which would basically buy you only a bar of chocolate or something like that.

Thailand $1 = 32.04 and that would buy you chocolate and a drink or even a small meal.

With 1 euro, I can buy some bread for my breakfast. :D
Or I can buy a drink in a supermarket.

U can buy 1 ramen noodle in my country. and 1/3 of a gallon of gas.

I think that with 1$ in my country i can only buy some brad.
