I can't use Umsoea R11 resource pack

Hello,I need a little bit help.I was using Umsoea R10 Texture pack, it was working.But now,I downloaded Umsoea R11 and it's not working. Can you help me?

If you are on newer versions of minecraft and its made for the old ones then you need to get a new version of the pack.
