I personally have only used coinmama (google it) many times and has always been satisfied with the service. Fees might be a tiny bit higher than elsewhere but you don't have to fill a million of forms and proofs etc to purchase.

localbitcoins is great for this or r/cash4cash. With these there's no id which is good for most.
