Guys, i'm going to do a DarkRP server and I need ideas, can you send me some?

Use recent addons, put several jobs, you need a lot of player for your RP too!

make sure you have good, responsive staff, but also try to make it semi-serious. darkrp is no longer enjoyable, make it FUN!

Make it unique, and have alot of custom content, as that is what i like when I look for a good server.

All of these suggestions ate super general and unhelpful. Basically "make a good server" is what they suggest. The thing is, with scriptfodder/gmodstore nowadays, everyone thinks they can run a DarkRP server and have unique content but that isn't the case. The only way to get unique content is to make it yourself.

You need very expensive addons but, that means also more Players and so you're Server becomes more popular.

I always look for servers which have all of the standard Addons like VCMod of ArcBank.

Ive just rented a server for Darkrp and Im currently setting it up now with no help sadly so I gotta teach myself everything.

Create DarkRP server its awlays fun and awesome games and stuff

Well if you dont know how to setup a good server please dont do it and contribute to the cancer that is gmod server browser,try to be unique and try to balance the server economy well, there are a good books on game economies you can read them or you can watch some videos about MMORPG economies if that helps !
