Make something fun, most players want something that makes them happy, too, leave the server balanced with difficulty so players have to work longer but keep the fun.

Be creative. Do not make a moc up of your fav server. You wont get any players. Custom jobs and get a lua programmer

Don't use rp_downtown. This is on almost every DarkRP server today. Try EvoCity or Rockford. Something you don't see that often. Plus you get more players if the user searches for the maps!

Dont add +40 addons , check if the addons make lag or other insues . Use custom addons , people like custom things , we dont want the same content in all the servers.

You need a cars on your server, lots of systems. For e.g. bank roberry system

Hi there! I have owner a DarkRP server for about 2 years now. First of all, before you open a server, make sure you have setup a website, a steam group and a discord or teamspeak. Before you actually make anything public make sure everything is setup, buy addons from gmodstore etc... etc..

Have a few friends that would like to help you with staff management and don't have toooo many jobs.. Just take a look at what other servers do..

Do you think what is better to start the server? I just think where do you start?

Dark rp is a very saturated gamemide un my opinion good luck tho
