I'm tired of toxic servers with arrogant staff

Depends what server you find, in my experience the newer servers staff are clueless and the older servers staff just bully and harass their players. You do get some good ones who are genuine, but most of them get a good powertrip out of it.

As a staff, I can tell you that the new guys usually fuck up but they have a good heart. the old guys like me, just want to fuck around because we are way too bored, to get a high rank, you usually have to play months in the same server, all day, thing that will make everyone a fucking asshole. now I take things easy and I think I'm a pretty chill guy, but I had a time when I was a fucking idiot being a dick to everyone.

As an Admin on a pretty big Garry's Mod server, Our new mods are trained by Admins, they may mess up every now and then in the beginning, but that is usually fixed. If it continues then they are usually demoted.

I normally go by a strike system for my server, fuck up 3 times you're usually demoted.

i dislike servers that have pay to admin or toxic staff. i joined a server that didnt require admins to do sits. not joining it again :/
