I need a custom web application

Hi all

I need a custom web application.

Basically what I need is to input a IP to access another machine and then be able to read all 4G dongles connected to it (proxies).



If someone can do it, please let me know how much, or if you know some script that already can works like that would be great.

I think you need Public IP to do that.
And of course it depends on the 4G dongle software
