I decided to use bLogs but idk what kind of admin system would be better for DarkRP can you give me some advice.

use sam paired with blogs and you will be fine until you can get a dev to make a custom system

im not experienced in that area but typically its not hard to see, lua is not a hard to read language

you can use serverguard or badmin. you can find hacked versions somewhere in the internet but there's might be a backdoors so be careful

ulx for sure may be difficult to start with, but it's deffinitely but it's quality is unmatched so far
