I need help with creating a gmod darkrp server

Im on a path to make a great gmod server but my experience is lacking, I need help with all the coding and stuff like that. If anybody is interested hmu!

I have a lot of experience in organization and content issues for any type of Garry's Mod server, personally, I tell you that there is always a first time for everything.
A long time ago I opened a sandbox server that was not the best of all, but as time went by, I was improving it with the help of the people who were entering.
Maybe I can't help you right now, but I leave you addons that can be very useful for your darkrp server.

Addon for chat: EasyChat
This addon improves in many ways the chat that originally comes in the garry's mod, you can paste images within the chat, it comes with an extensive list of emoticons to use and you can customize the tags to apply to certain user ranks.

Addon for prop protection: Falco's Prop Protection/b]
This addon allows you to protect your and your users' props within the server, there is also a drop-down menu within the options tools, you can customize what props you want users to put in and also prevent griefers from spamming the props.

Addon for scoreboard: [b]SUI Scoreboard
This addon largely replaces the scoreboard of the original game, you can see in detail how many props and entities the user has placed, it also includes shortcuts for admins, to kick or ban a user (be careful when using it).

Addon for missing content: Ultimate Workshop Downloader
First of all, this addon doesn't fix missing css textures. This addon organizes the list of addons within your collection, causing the necessary addons to be downloaded for users, the addons that do not need to be downloaded will be omitted so that the user can enter the server faster.
