I need some advice

I live in a country where almost noone has any guns or weapons. I however have been lucky enough to get some and i see a big potential in controlling drugs in my area but i have no idea where to start I have a team of friends who are willing to help but I have never done this kind of thing before. currently we only have wannabe gangsters with knifes selling weed. (weed is ileagal in my country)

so basically the idea is you want to become the mafia of this town, so the best is too download mafia III game and learn how to be like a mafia
