Gets released winter this year, but will prolly cost like $900, so yea..

Well, it has animatronics, and it looks really close to the original one.
Not to mention the voice is a recorded studio version which you can't get from anywhere.

There's another version which doesn't have the moving part, and costs ~$120

Yes, it's a prop.

I doubt movie actors have real live guns on the set.
