I want to download after effects 2022

If I uninstall after effects 2021 and install after effects 2022, do I get to keep my plugins or I will have to install them again ?

some plugins which u installed will be there
rest u have to download
the plugins which were .aex files that u copy pasted in plugins folder will be deleted

you dont have to install them again, just copy paste it in adobe after effects 2022 in plugins folder

Just do what the others say but don't delete 2021. You should keep it until you're sure that you'll stay on 2022 because sometimes the new versions are buggy. I wanted to switch from 2020 to 2022 but when I tried using it, it just crashed every 30secs after 3 hours of editing. (probably because it wasn't compatible with uni.vhs but i'm not sure)

Dont have to re-intall all your plug ins!Just make sure you copy c and copy v into the new folder!
