[IPB4] Animate Theme

Here's the Animate Skin from ipsFocus. Tested it on 4.0.12IPS and it is fully functional.
The second file adds a darker editor to correspond with dark IPS skins.
How to install:
- Uploadipsfocus_darkto /applications/core/interface/ckeditor/skins
- VisitACP> Customization > Themes > Press "Edit"
- Scroll down toCKEditor Themeand chooseipsfocus_dark
Update:
To anyone experiencing issues with the skin, make sure you set it up correctly! If you happen to have a problem, try to update to the said build, thank you.
