IPBoard 3 Theme for iPS 4?

I recently went through with using IPS4 for my community, but personally I feel like the current theme feels too bloated and ugly compared to how nice IPBoard 3 used to look. Is there a theme that would let me get that aesthetic back? Or do I have to suck it up and get used to the changes?
