if i install along with this http://nulledbb.com/Thread-IPS-Community...0-7-Retail will it work ? i mean update feature?

In IPS4 things are little bit different. if you use nulled version you can install all apps. but if you don't, you cant use. Its related to core not apps.So you need to use nulled version.
