I want to ask something, is this nulled? Or it's the original IPB, but IPB license is not given thus some features are disabled.

In IPS4 things are little bit different. if you use nulled version you can install all apps. but if you don't, you cant use. Its related to core not apps.So you need to use nulled version.

I am new to this community and i would love to find out more about this plugin. Would someone be able to explain exactly what this is used for.
