Can we use it to upgrade too? Like upgrade + add all apps.

I believe you should be able to. I was just attempting to upload it and test it and my ftp connections stopped functioning in mid upload, so I have not been able to verify this yet. I know you can add apps at any time then install them from the admin cp, so it should all be possible.

So I did a little more testing and checked some things out. With this copy, it appears that everything works alright, but I still need to test the upgrade and adding the apps in. I'll report back when I get that tested.

Also im missing the Chat app lol

I did end up testing it last night. I did a fresh retail install of 4.0.2 without a license, then did an upgrade to this nulled 4.0.4. It updated the system, forums, and cms, and then from the control panel I could install the rest of the apps. As for the chat app, that connects to IPS servers so it was left out. This is what they said about it on their site:

"Release of the IPS 4.0.4 null with all apps except chat 'cause it needs the IPS servers to work. "

Even Nexus works in this so it appears to be all good to go!!
