Ideas for a cool TTT Server?

I'm hosting a dedicated TTT-Server and I've got no ideas for making it more ... exiting.
Probably you guys have good ideas for me! Thanks

I think it's good to make a server with custom weapons. Also I've seen the addon that adds achievements to your server. That should be interesting too.
