The Sims 1 at a friend's house. Then games like Zoo Tycoon and Civilisation. Now I only play Sims 4 and some Steam games on PC. I prefer PS4 for other games now.
I've always wanted to try playing the Sims 1 since I'm a huge fan of the franchise. My first Sims game was the Sims 2 with the University expansion. I also play the Sims 4 now, but I wish they found a way to include the open world from the previous game. I heard the Sims 5 would be online, what do you think about that?

PS4 is also my preferred console for their exclusives. I'm currently playing God of War for the first time & enjoying it! Heart Eyes

I love the Sims franchise but it has lost it's "charm" each new series. If you get the opportunity - try Sims 1! It is filled with so much charm and quirkyness. The only reason I can't play it now is the graphics lol. I'm not keen on online - I feel like it's not the brand and it should be a spinoff if anything. Hopefully it's optional and I can play it without the online features.

I've been thinking about God of War because I love the mythology but I'm not a fan of the combat. Have you played Horizon Zero Dawn? I'm so in love with it.

Those are my exact feelings, it just feels a bit more "money-grabby" with every game. I know that's a poor way of looking at it since obviously all the games had that mentality since they'rea business after all lol. I'm still on the fence of the online feature, I guess it mainly depends on how they decide to do it. I remember I had afree trial to the Sims Online when I was younger and I was obsessed, sadly, since I was a broke kid, I could never get into it further back then haha : P I think I agree with you that I'd overall prefer it being its own entity versus the next game in the series. :'(

Normally I'm notinto action-heavy combat like this game, but I enjoy the narrative so far, as well as the beautiful environments. Smile
I actually just beat Horizon Zero Dawn a few months ago! I was so hyped when I saw the 2nd game trailer for the PS5 announcement. Have you gotten the Power Cell armor in that one underground bunker near the beginning of the game? It very much helped me near the finale of the game haha

If you don't count things like club penguin (lol), I started playing Roblox about a year after it came out back in 2007. Crazy to see how big that game has become now. First "real" PC game I got into though was Halo Custom Edition in 2008 or so

I never tried Sims Online! I loved a few of the other spinoffs like Sims Castaway Stories and Sims Medieval though - they should remake them!

Yes! I was so excited for Horizon Forbidden West reveal! I used a loophole to get the suit earlier in the game! It's so amazing I hope that they have a similar suit in the next game.

Ooh I haven't played the spin-offs, but I've seen some Youtubers play them and they're hilarious haha (at least the youtubers make them out to be lol). I agree, they should definitely remake them!

Wait, a loophole? I wish I knew about that so I could wear the suit earlier on lmao I legit maybe had it for about 3 hours total until I beat the game. T_T

Well. It was around 2000 or 2001 I guess. But there were a lot of games. I can remember a few of them. such as Claw, Prince of Persia and Tarzan

started when I was a kid by my Grandad introducing me to Half Life 1. I loved the shit out of it and thus started a long career of FPS games
