would first of all call the restaurant "Desert To The Finest" then after that I would decide on the food, deserts. After that when customers start rolling in an I make enough profit to give a free meal for every 1k made, witch gives me more people rolling in. Then after all that a "robber" burnt down the place giving me money $$$
