2. First-aid kit
3. A water filter

These three things would help me survive and I would try to build a boat while I'm stuck on the island.

LSD, Weed, Water. LSD so I can spend my free time tripping balls. Weed so I can produce hemp, medicine. And water to survive. I will setup some traps for food.

I don't see why there would be electricity on the island so I'd take a solar power charge, a phone, and a pocket knife.
