I would clear my current loans, buy a self sustainable (solar, aquawell) regular house away from the City limits with 1Gbps InternetSpeed, then share the wealth to my friends and make donations to the people in need.

I think my first purchase would be a house in my hometown close to the beach and pay off all my bills. Then I would start purchasing cars and other assorted goodies. First car...I'm torn between classic and new. hmm
