Im having an issue with the ULX admin mod.

Im making new staff ranks for my server and clearly im doing something wrong because even if they have the permission to spawn weapons or something they still cant but thats not the least of my worries. The main issue is people that are admin and higher have the abilityto promote themselves. this is a major issue and i need help as soon as i can get it. Thanks!

There is a function in ULX that can change what permissions each rank can access
