Implemented Raffle allows banned members?

Why on earth does raffle allow banned members to win it?
What would they do with the credits they've won?

A way of solving this would be to make a if statement in the code and make it check if user is banned & re-draw if that user gets selected.

Or just simply make it avoid banned members.

But this should be applied only to members that are banned forever, those who are temporary should have some chance. But it's just mine opinion.

Yeah, only perm bans.

Tottaly agreed, just gonna put this out for more exposure.

Agreed, when I saw that a banned member won the raffle I was pretty pissed. This should definitely be implemented, don't think it's that hard to do.
EDIT: Also shouldn't this be posted in suggestions? x)

Why allowed banned members though? Is that a good idea? Only active members should parttake. At least thats just my take on it
